A serum is a blend of oils and other skin nutrients which is an alternative way of giving easily absorbable moisture and nutrients/vitamin boost to the skin. Some serums are a blend of oils, antioxidants like fruit or vegetable extracts, vitamins, or alpha hydroxy acids, and peptides.
This Rosehip and Provitamin B5 Serum is pure Rosehip seed oil and Argan Oil infused with Panthenol. Rosehip seed oil is said to heal scars and reduce fine lines and is rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, which are integral for skin tissue and cell regeneration. Rosehip seed oil is easily absorbed and does not clog the skin. Pro Vitamin B5, also known as Panthenol, is a humectant which prevents moisture loss, maximising skin hydration and creating a softer and more elastic skin on the face. This serum also contains Argan oil which is lightweight, will not clog your pores, treats acne, and which helps to regulate the amount of sebum your skin produces, thereby creating the conditions for a calmer, clearer, smoother skin surface texture and complexion.
Uses:
Apply to clean face for a quick infusion of moisture, and to help renew the skin after a day's exposure to harsh environments.
Add one or two drops to your moisture for added hydration and moisture retention.
Use after a sunburn or minor burns, scars, or broken skin.
Anti-acne treatment.
Use pre makeup as a base for a smooth glowy post-makeup look.
Use as an at-home spa treatment together with a cotton disposable sheet mask. Simply clean face and massage 3 or more drops of oil, as needed, in upward strokes, to face and neck. Sit in a warm and steam filled bath or bathroom. Apply the wet cotton sheet mask to face (you can dip the sheet mask in warm water, squeeze away excess water and smooth over face after you've applied the serum).
You can also use with a facial lymphatic drainage tool to depuff your face and encourage blood flow to the face for a boost of collagen flow.
