SHIPPING DURING THE COVID19 PANDEMIC

Hello everyone, during the COVID19 Pandemic, your Hazelberry Skinfood items will be shipped with a delay on all items. We are shipping from Vilnius, Lithuania, and delays in shipping may be caused by intermittent lock downs here in Vilnius and in your home country. Also, as there are fewer international flights to and from Vilnius during the pandemic, this affects the frequency of the Post Office shipments. Nevertheless, you can absolutely go ahead and purchase. You will absolutely receive your pretty, essential soaps, and bath and body hygiene items.

Please allow a 3 working day processing time for us to dispatch your items. Lithuanian orders will be shipped priority mail.

EU, UK and International orders will also be shipped priority mail. We do not offer tracked shipping due to the associated high costs.

Depending on Post Office timing and the pandemic, your shipment may take 5 to 30 days to reach you.

Sometimes delays can happen due to customs processing times or severe weather.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost packages and obtain proof of postage for every order we send out, but will support you and help in any way we can to track down any lost parcels.

We sell hygiene products. Therefore, we are unable to offer any returns for any products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us and we are happy to resolve the matter speedily for you. We do give store credits in place of returns.
